Target has cheap diapers because on the way to the diapers, you stop by the t shirts, which you don't need. You get four because you can't decide on which color to get and don't have time to try them on (because you're making a quick trip for diapers). Between the t shirts and diapers, you walk by the underwear, which you only kind of need (but you certainly don't need a small pack for a BIG price). By the time you walk down the aisle, you see a BIG pack for a small(er) price, so you convince yourself that it's a good deal, and toss that in the cart. You also see a cute red sweater (not in your size) and decide that maybe you'll look for it at the other Target, since you'll be returning a few t shirts, anyway. Then you finally get the diapers you came in for and leave. The big Target that may have the cute red sweater is next to Kohl's, which isn't on your way anywhere, so you'll probably have to stop there in the same trip.
That is why Target has cheap diapers.

This is why you use the stroller when you are just going in for one thing, instead of the cart. It's much harder to jamb all those extras under there. I no longer need the stroller, so always opt for the basket - unless the kiddos are crazy, then they take up the bulk of the cart.
