In my fantasy life, my home is perfectly decorated and cleaned, I cook fabulous dinners, I spend quality time with my family and friends, I'm always reading an interesting book and I'm working on some cute craft project. My reality is a little different. I'd love to do cool crafts, but I'm not really good at anything, and I never seem to make the time to get better. I need easy and quick, which is what I love about this shirt. The hardest part was driving to the store to get the materials (and I am GOOD at driving). Once I got everything together, it took about 10 minutes. There's no after picture of the white one because that didn't turn out so well. Turns out that if you don't put enough paint on the doily, it sticks to the shirt and you end up with a lot of random paint and small bits of paper stuck to a shirt. Not so cute. The website where I read the directions DID NOT mention that part.

What a fun project! It really doesn't matter if they aren't always success stories: Elsa will remember doing projects with mommy more than she will if they turned out prefect.
