Elsa at 2
According to the doctor, she's 37 inches tall and just over 33 pounds. For two years, that's above 95%, but still proportional. Her favorite foods are steak, avocado, kiwi and cake. At her doctor appointment, she commented on the nurse's scrubs, asked several questions about the garbage can and told me that she wanted to wash her hands. Hearing all that, the doctor said, "I see that we don't need to worry about language development." I'm not sure we could keep a list of all the words she knows, but she's started to add "right here" to many sentences (as in, "Kitty right here" or "Oh, cake right here"). She's also picked up "uh-huh" from her dad. She's into singing/playing "Ring Around the Rosy." The phrase "Ashes, ashes, we all fall down" is hard for a two-year-old to say. I'm sure you can imagine how she says "ashes."

Cute, cute, cute big girl Elsa!
That's kind of like Sarah trying to tell us we need to go to "Schlitterbahn" [a water park here in KC]. Take out the c and l and replace the n with an m and you've got it. Too fun!
