Such a fun day today! Elsa and I spent the day doing about a week's worth of fun things.
1. I got my hair cut. Fun for me, not so much for Elsa. She was pretty fascinated to watch Emily curl my hair since I can't curl my own. (Once I washed the curls out,s he was pretty amazed to realize that curls wash out of my hair, but they're always in hers.)
2. She was hungry and I NEEDED to get errands done, so I bought her a smoothie to drink. She pronounced it the best drink ever.
3. Errands at Target. One of us dropped the last couple of drops of her smoothie on the baby card. That was the day's low point.
4. Earl May to get Dad's Father's Day rose bush. (I'm aware that Father's Day was last week.) In Elsa's opinion, that was the low point of the day.
5. I mentioned going to the movies while we were in the car and she couldn't leave it alone. We checked the movie schedules and decided to see How to Train Your Dragon 2. We probably should have seen the first one first. We were both a little confused.
6. She was hungry again, so we shared a root beer float at Zesto.
7. We picked up Anna and then went home to get dinner ready for Uncle Shane. The girls spent the whole night hanging on him and Anna made him go over and say hi to the pig with her.
