Accidental Party

I invited two neighbor moms over last night for sangria on the porch. I thought it was going to be the moms hanging out and chatting. When the heat index was over 100º after 8:00PM and I saw one entire family walking over, I knew it was going to be different. Everyone came over, the biggish kids played in the basement (the littlest kids stayed with their big sisters) and we all sat around the table and talked. The only low point was when Murphy got caught in a yo-yo and ran around both floors the house with the string around his body and the yo-yo hitting all the walls. I may like the accidental parties the best.....
